Fundraising Dinner with Muzafar Ali – Support Ride for Education
Join us for a powerful evening of food, stories, and solidarity at our upcoming Fundraising Dinner in support of Muzafar Ali’s Ride for Education campaign.

Tickets: $45 – includes a delicious dinner which $20 of it goes to the Ride for Education campaign.
About the Event
Organised by RAC Canberra and hosted by the wonderful team at Stepping Stone Café, this special dinner will welcome Muzafar Ali to Canberra as he arrives on the next leg of his incredible 4,000km cycling journey from Maleny to Adelaide.
Muzafar is a filmmaker, human rights activist, and founder of Cisarua Learning, a refugee-led education initiative. His Ride for Education aims to raise $250,000 to support refugee-led and women’s education programs in Afghanistan and Indonesia. Learn more at rideforeducation.com.
This is a rare opportunity to hear Muzafar share firsthand stories about:
- Underground girls’ schools in Afghanistan
- Refugee-led classrooms in Indonesia
These initiatives began with just $200 and now support over 1,300 students.
