A BBQ will be held from 12noon and the meeting itself will take place from 1pm-4:30pm
Our final meeting for the year will be the Annual Planning meeting, held in the room JD101 ([map here](https://www.google.com.au/maps/place/John+Dedman+Building,+Acton+ACT+2601)), out behind the Manning Clarke Centre, around by the duck pond. This new location will be signposted. You can find a park by driving around past the Drill Hall gallery.
Please bring a plate to share for the BBQ at 12noon.
Our agenda for the day is:
* Political review and what we can expect into 2017
* RAC’s activities in 2016 has done over the year, including small group discussions on strengths and weaknesses
* Parallel skills development sessions–including event management, social media, communication skills, and letter writing
* Steering Committee Elections
