COVID-19 & Asylum Seekers Income Support – Petition
The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre Petition is calling on the government to include asylum seekers and refugees in the COVID19 support package. They are currently not included, and most are not eligible to access Medicare or any government financial support.
Better yet, in addition to signing the petition, use some of the information in the petition to write your own letter to the Prime Minister, Health Minister Greg Hunt and Social Services Anne Ruston.
