Welcome Refugees – National Palm Sunday rally, 9 April

WELCOME REFUGEES – CLOSE THE CAMPS – 1pm / Sunday 9 April / Civic Square (ACT Assembly)

Canberra welcomes refugees! Join us for the Canberra ‘Welcome Refugees: Close the Camps’ rally on Palm Sunday – just one of countless rallies occurring around the country on 9 April in support of refugees. Demand an end to mandatory offshore detention and the immediate safe resettlement of all those whom Australia have imprisoned indefinitely and without charge on Manus Island and Nauru.
